Our products are handmade, if a product is opened and used we can't accept returns.
For not used products:
1. Crafts: If it's not damaged, not used and in its original box, we may issue a refund and deduct shipping costs (to and from customer) and 5% handling fee, timeframe to request a return is 14 days from delivery date, this request resolution is based on the product.
2. Furniture: Since all of the furniture are handmade with specific colors, we can't accept returns.
Damaged products
Cover Duration:

In case a product delivered damaged, customer must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date along with a proof, like a picture.
Replacement Crafts:
1. Customers will receive a pre-paid return label which they need to
